ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Schedule and assign meetings to the sales team and audit appointments.
2. Collect customer feedback on team visits and ensure a smooth experience.
3. Assist customers by providing product information and resolving queries.
4. Negotiate with customers, send quotations on time, and close sales.
5. Conduct daily briefings to motivate and support the sales team in achieving targets.
6. Increase company revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
7. Handle walk-in customers, showroom inquiries, and customer project visits.
8. Maintain communication with customers regarding payments and issues.
9. Collaborate with operations and production teams to address customer needs.
10. Schedule demos, manage leads, and identify new business opportunities.
11. Maintain customer records and ensure smooth follow-ups.
12. Address architect and builder appointments for business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

1.Effective utility and resource management
2. Improving sales and streamlining branch activities to maximize results.
3. Multitask and have excellent time management as well as problem- solving skills.
4.Mentor junior employees and lead the team.

5. Show excitement for growing the business and acquiring new customers
6.Analyse financial records, plan and follow a budget.
7. Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or any similar role.
8. Any bachelors degree in relevant stream.
