Job Description

1. ADMISSION TARGETS TO BE ENSURED ALONGWITH POST SALES SERVICE.
2. RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETE OFFICE ADMINISTRATION INCLUDING ASSET MANAGEMENT
AND FINANCES.
3. RESPONSIBLE FOR CALLING TO GENERATE LEADS & ADMISSION CONVERSION.
4. UNITS ALLOCATION WITH CONVERSION RATIO ANALYSIS WITH EACH INDIVIDUAL.
5. TLs SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN DEFINED TERRITORY AND RESPECTIVE TARGET ALONGWITH
WEEKLY PLAN.
6. TLs TO CREATE TIME TABLE FOR SUPPORTING HIS TEAM MEMBERS ON FIELD AT LEAST 3
DAYS IN A WEEK AND 3 DAYS CONCENTRATE ON OWN TERRITORY.
7. TO ENSURE ALL POLICIES REGARDING PROCESS, DISCIPLINE, PLANNING ARE ADHERED TO.
8. TLs TO ENSURE SELF AND TEAM CUIMS ENTRIES.
9. TO ENSURE THAT TL DEVELOPS ANALYTICAL SKILLS WITH REGARD TO COMPETITION AND
OWN BUSINESS STRATEGY.
10. TO KEEP REGULAR CHECK ON MARKETING COLLATERALS WITH TEAM. HE HAS TO KEEP
TRACK OF INVENTORY AND RAISE DEMAND FOR EVERY TEAM MEMBER, AT LEAST 10 DAYS IN
ADVANCE.
11. TL TO RECOMMEND/DISRECOMMEND ANY TEAM MEMBER BASED ON MONTHLY INDIVIDUAL
PERFORMANCE.
12. TL RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD TRAINING OF NEW EMPLOYEES.
13. TLs TO PROVIDE SCHOOL LIST MONTH WISE FOR EACH TEAM MEMBER.
14. TL TO FAST TRACK HIS TEAM TWICE A DAY.
15. TWICE IN A WEEK SKYPE REVIEW OF TEAM MEMBERS TO BE IMPLEMENTED.
16. WEEKLY REVIEW WITH ZM.
17. TLs TO BE PROACTIVE IN PLANNING AND SUPERVISION.
18. COMPETITOR ANALYSIS ON EVERY PARAMETER OF BUSINESS STRATEGY AND MARKET
PRESENCE.
19. RANDOM CALLS TO BE DONE TO CHECK AUTHENTICITY OF VISITS BY THANK YOU CALLS AND
FEEDBACK CALLS.
20. TO ENSURE ABOUT THE ROLE OF ADMISSION COUNSELOR & TO CHECK ALL THE TASK
ALLOCATED TO HER
21. TO ENSURE DAILY UIMS ENTRIES ARE DONE.
22. TO ENSURE DATA IS SENT TWICE A WEEK AND NO BACKLOG IS LEFT BEHIND.
