Operations Team Lead

An Operations Lead supports and encourages the professional
Job Overview development of the team and provides actionable guidance to
help them achieve their goals.
You will be the single point of contact for the given team
during the process.
Engage, mentor, support, and motivate staff in meeting their
day-to-day work. Maintain database on Team attendance,
Production reports, Quality reports, etc
Track all your team Clarifications in a given format and share
them with required teams (Quality, Training) to reduce process
gaps.
When we have a new batch in place process mentor should
take full control and work with team QA to check process
knowledge and come up with an action plan for overall
improvement.

Provide timely and appropriate analysis and feedback to
supervisors on their staffs progress and support needs.
Motivate your team in participating in all programs conducted
by the HR or management team.
Make them understand organizational business goals and the
importance of customer service.
Take daily 15-minute briefing sessions based on the requirement to share yesterdays progress and further plans.
To ensure clear and timely communication of information. It
must be done professionally, using a variety of methods, including the use of e-mail and computer-based systems.
Technical Skills 4iG tool, MS Office Tools, Proficient in MS Excel

details, Out of Box thinking
Exp Required 2 to 5 years of experience as Senior Associate/SME/Team lead
Minimum Experience of Team handling 15 to 25 resources
Flexible for Work from OfficeGender First preference Male candidates

Qualificaion LLB/Any Graduation
