Team Lead - Field Sales

Managing a team of field sales representatives and providing guidance, coaching, and training to help them achieve their sales goals

. 2. Setting sales targets for the team and monitoring their progress towards achieving them.

3. Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and expand the business of Sellers. 4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Sellers.

5. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to the team members to improve their performance.

6. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

7. Preparing and submitting regular reports on sales activities, team performance, and market trends to the senior management

Criteria : Graduate with 2 4 years of experience in Field Sale/Business Development/Field Marketing Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills (Versant Level 5) Strong negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and products Willingness to travel and work flexible hours is often required in this position. Managing a team of field sales representatives and ensuring that they achieve their sales targets The primary goal is to lead and support the team to generate revenue and expand the business of Sellers.
