Job Description
- Proficiency in SketchUp for detailed 3D modeling and rendering.
- Strong understanding of BIM principles and integration of SketchUp with other BIM tools.
- hands-on experience working on architecture, interior design, or construction projects using SketchUp.
- Ability to work with AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM platforms to develop coordinated models.
- Experience in creating detailed 3D models , ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and technical standards .
- Ability to interpret and work from architectural plans, sketches, and specifications .
- Familiarity with plugins, extensions, and tools in SketchUp to optimize project efficiency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles and their integration into BIM models is a plus
Experience in parametric modeling and 3D visualization .
Knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
Familiarity with collaborative platforms like BIM 360, Navisworks, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
