Handling a team up to around 50 sales executives with around 4 TCs
Funnel management & lead assignment
Active participation in designing incentive structures for the Sales Executives
Maintaining MIS, including Sales Reports, Attendance and Leave trackers, MOM, etc.
Setting sales targets of the entire team based on tenure and conversion Attrition control
Resolving internal conflicts and boosting up the teams morale
Delegating responsibilities to team coaches according to their expertise
