We are looking for a results-driven Retention Marketing Team Lead to take our retention marketing initiatives to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel strategies, managing marketing automation tools, and leading a team to ensure the success of our retention campaigns.
Role Overview:
As the Retention Marketing Team Lead, you will be tasked with driving customer engagement and retention through effective multi-channel marketing strategies. You will manage marketing automation tools and collaborate with your team to craft compelling campaigns that foster long-term customer relationships.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retention marketing, focusing on multi-channel strategy and campaign execution.
- Technical Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience with marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, SFMC, or similar platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of performance analysis with experience in optimizing campaigns for improved open rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially for crafting engaging content.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, ensuring performance optimization and collaborative growth.
- Data Proficiency: Expertise in Google Sheets, Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, Pivots, and SUMIFS for data management.
Should-Have Requirements:
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to design and implement comprehensive retention strategies across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Customer Journeys: Proficiency in creating customer lifecycle journeys to engage users at various touchpoints.
- Referral Program Management: Experience in managing referral programs to increase customer loyalty.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to provide insights for continuous campaign optimization and address challenges proactively.

- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the latest trends and best practices in retention marketing.
- Innovation: Ability to innovate and enhance teaching methods based on previous experiences.
- Cross-Channel Coordination: Experience in cross-functional collaboration with other marketing teams.

- Oversee and optimize marketing automation tools like MoEngage and WebEngage.
- Design and execute customer journeys that support long-term retention goals.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of retention marketing professionals.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and support to your team.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze the performance of email campaigns, focusing on improving key metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
- Provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement of retention strategies.
