Policy Compliance & Adherence: Ensure all activities comply with Amazons guidelines, staying updated on policy changes to maintain account health.
Competitor & Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors, pricing trends, and market demands to develop effective strategies.
Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to enhance performance and profitability.
Advertising Campaigns: Strategize, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize visibility, conversions, and ROI.
Promotions & Strategy: Design and implement promotional campaigns to achieve sales targets and improve marketplace presence.
Product Launch Management: Coordinate the listing and successful launch of new products on Amazon, ensuring all details are accurate and aligned with business goals.
Customer Service Knowledge: Possess an understanding of Amazon processes such as Safe-T claims, return workflows, and FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) operations to oversee and support these activities as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing advertising campaigns.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Amazon PPC, keyword optimization, and Seller Central analytics tools such as Helium 10, etc.
Analytical Expertise: Advanced skills in data analysis and sales tracking to inform strategy and decision-making.
Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong problem-solving abilities and professional communication skills to address challenges effectively.
