Automated Test Engineer (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure high-quality software releases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions.

- Design and implement automated testing scripts using various programming languages and frameworks.

- Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, including test data management and test environment setup.

- Develop and maintain test automation reports and metrics to track testing progress and quality.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation.

Requirements :

- 5 to 10 years of experience as an Automation Engineer dealing with Automation Testing, Manual Testing, and performance optimization of enterprise-grade applications.

- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, UI Automation, and API Automation.

- Experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).

- Proficient with one or more of the following languages: Java or Python.

- Strong experience working with testing frameworks and tools like WebDriverIO, Protractor, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, etc.

- Hands-on experience in WebDriverIO, Protractor, Mocha, Chai, Jest, Puppeteer, or Cypress is preferred.

- Hands-on working experience with Docker is a plus.

- Working knowledge of Postman.

- Hands-on experience with RestAsured or SuperTest.

- Understanding of Functional Test methods/Test automation (SDET skills) and different phases of testing: System Integration, System Testing & User Acceptance Testing.
