The IB DP Reading Specialist plays a critical role in supporting International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme students in developing strong reading and comprehension skills essential for academic success. Required Qualifications:

- Master s degree in Education, Literacy, or a related field.

- Certified Reading Specialist or equivalent credential.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or literacy instruction, preferably in an IB setting.

- Strong understanding of the International Baccalaureate framework and pedagogy.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective literacy programs.
