Job Description
Pathways World School is seeking a qualified and experienced English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum specifically in teaching Grade 6 to 10.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and effective English instruction to Grade 6 to 10.
2. Develop and implement lesson plans that foster critical thinking analytical skills and a deep understanding of literature.
3. Assess and evaluate student performance providing timely feedback to support their academic growth
4. Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and teaching practices.
Qualifications:
1. Masters degree in English or a related field is required.
2. Minimum of 4 to 5 years of teaching experience specifically in the IB curriculum
3. Proven experience with the IB curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
