Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Managing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Analyzing financial performance and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
3. Developing and maintaining financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
4. Monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to ensure the financial stability of the organization.
5. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and improve
   operational efficiency.
6. Overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements and financial policies.
7. Leading or supporting special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and
   profitability
8. Handling TDS, GST reconciliation, Taxation, Bank Reconciliation.

We Require:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
