Zepto - Manager - Revenue Operations (2-7 yrs)

Core Area: We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager, who has a good knowledge of Billing Management, Wallet Management, Documentation, Reporting, Collaboration, and Support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in commerce or related field.

- Proven experience in revenue operations, billing, or financial management 1-2 years

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with financial software or ERP systems.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Billing Management: Oversee booking-related confirmations to ensure compliance and accurate revenue planning. Track and verify billing inputs, and billable consumption, and reconcile numbers with the finance team. Maintain a detailed repository of RO documents.

- Wallet Management: Manage wallet top-ups and incentive transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of revenue transactions and communications. Generate and review reports to support financial audits and decision-making.

- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the finance team to address billing-related issues and provide support to internal teams and external brands regarding billing and revenue queries.
