Customer Service Assurance and Customer Service Activation [CSA&CSF]
Description of the Project:
Project classifies service assurance (SA) services which need to be provided by the Supplier for fixed segments for Consumer, Enterprise and FNL. Supplier shall be responsible for troubleshooting customers technical issue remotely (Remote Operations) and on site (Field Operations). The Supplier needs to follow a TT system for attending and resolving customer complaints. The client classifies service fulfilment (SF) services which need to be provided by the Supplier for fixed segments for Consumer, Enterprise and FNL. The SF team shall be responsible for activating, amending, suspending, reconnecting, and terminating customer products remotely and through field visits. The Supplier to perform field service and remote fulfillment services.
Responsibilities / Expected Deliverables:
Candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in Telecom/ ISP Industry in Client Management.
Communication must be good to communicate with end customers & internal stake holder
Candidate should have basic knowledge in Telecom and network.
Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication.
Coordination skill is mandatory to complete the delivery/task assigned within SLA
Willing to work in 24*7 & Night shift will be provided based on the requirement.
Good knowledge in MS Office
