At least 4 yrs. of multi country implementations exposure with hands on experience in Absence Module implementation & Configuration
At least 1-2 yrs. implementations exposure in modules like Core HR, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Leaning & Succession ,NA payroll / NA payroll interfaces
Should have conducted client workshops/configuration on the above mentioned modules
Experience in creating workflow and security for the module
Experience in Global template design of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
Must have HCM Cloud localization experience of multiple countries related to APAC, NA, EMEA & LATAM.
Exposure to personalization
Experience in Technical part of Oracle HCM Cloud SaaS HDL, Fast Formula , HCM extract and BI extract.
