Job Description
- Development Tool (IDT).
- Hands on Knowledge in DW (Data Warehouse) concepts
- Good knowledge in writing and fine-tuning SQL queries
- Knowledge in working with ITIL tools and resolving tickets based on SLA
- Knowledge in incident analysis and provide resolution
- Experience in Tableau or other BI tools is a added advantage
- Willing to work in support and maintenance activities
- Flexible and willingness to work in shifts and weekend support
- Ability to analyze the requirements and propose reporting solutions
- Ability to enhance BO universe using IDT and UDT based on requirement
- Ability to communicate (Both verbal and written) with clients
