Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the companys growth objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Advise the executive team and board on long-term business and financial planning.
• Assess and manage risk across various financial activities, including capital allocation, investment decisions, and asset management.

2. Financial Reporting and Compliance

• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements under SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India), RBI, and other relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with auditors, managing both internal and external audits.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.

3. Investor Relations and Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present quarterly earnings, annual reports, and other disclosures to investors and the public.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, and regulatory bodies.

4. Corporate Governance

• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and best practices.
• Support the Board in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibilities, including risk assessment and mitigation.
• Facilitate communication between the management team and the Board on financial performance and strategic initiatives.

5. Capital Markets and Fundraising

• Manage the companys capital structure, evaluating debt, equity, and other financing options.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and private placements.
• Provide expertise on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions as needed.

6. Leadership and Team Development

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, promoting professional growth and development.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the finance team and align team goals with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: MBA (Finance) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
