PreSales/Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Presales Manager cum Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing complex IT solutions. You will leverage your deep technical expertise in server, storage, backup, networking, data center solutions, and cybersecurity to design and deliver compelling solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture:
• Design, develop, and present comprehensive IT solutions that address client requirements, aligning with our product and service offerings.
• Conduct technical assessments and gap analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Develop detailed technical proposals, including system diagrams, configuration specifications, and cost estimates.
• Presales Engineering:
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify potential opportunities.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations and demonstrations to C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
• Provide technical support during the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs, RFQs, and technical queries.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and address customer pain points and anticipate future needs.
• Provide post-sales technical support and guidance as needed.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of server, storage, backup, and networking technologies (e.g., Cisco, HPE, Dell EMC, NetApp)
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption)
• Skilled knowledge of networking tools like Ekahau and ability to generate heat maps
• Communication and Presentation Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience
• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer Focus:
• A customer-centric approach, with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in presales or solution architecture roles
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, VCP, MCSE)
• Experience working with a variety of IT solutions and technologies
