Position: Quality Manager

Experience Range: 8-12 years

Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Electrical)

Location: Vadodara

Preferred Company: Distribution Transformer Industry

Salary Range: As per Industry Salary Standard

Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the office's annual quality inspection plan of DT, perform its decomposed work plan.
2. Implement TBEASY's ISO 9001 and environmental target index, decompose and implement the quality indicators of the DT project department, formulate the measures plan for quality environmental indicators then carry out the decomposition and implementation.
3. Implement the quality control method of self-inspection and mutual inspection, find out and deal with the quality problems timely on-site, and improve the quality rate of products.
4. Count, analyse, arrange, and reflect related information of production quality, report quality work summary monthly, and take part in the quality analysis meeting.
5. Implement corrective actions on quality problems and put forward preventive measures.
6. Arrange customer for DT in process and final inspection, compile testing, compliance report and get MDCC from the customer.
7. Participate in quality improvement activities to improve staff quality awareness.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader

Key Skill: - Master office software (WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc.) or the basic operation of professional software required for positions Understand network foundation knowledge
Have this ability to issue related business reports be skilful to use the writing skills involved in this position and the language is concise and clear.
