Boomi Technical Lead

Role Overview:

As a Boomi Technical Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using Boomi and other iPaaS tools. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Boomi Atomsphere.
• Develop, test, and deploy complex integrations for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise systems. Should have good idea of Boomi shapes, components, and deployment model.
• Should be able to set up Boomi Molecule in the customer environment. Should have a good idea of different enterprise integration patterns.
• Guide and mentor integration developers, ensuring best practices in development and architecture. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage the full API lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment. Ensure secure, efficient, and scalable integration processes with robust error handling and monitoring mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and system disruptions.
• Stay updated with new integration technologies and recommend innovations to improve integration processes.
• Should have exposure to both development and support projects. Must be Boomi Architect Certified.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience (6+ years) in integration development with Boomi Atomsphere (Boomi Architect certification is a must).
• Strong knowledge of any other iPaaS tools apart from Boomi (e.g. MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Workato, Microsoft Azure Logic Apps) will be an added advantage.
• Experience with API management, including design, security, and monitoring.
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and data transformation techniques.
• Strong background in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise system integration.
• Experience with database integration and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with security best practices in integrations (OAuth, SSO, data encryption).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Experience leading and mentoring integration teams.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
