CGS - NetSuite Administrator - Boomi/Workato (5-6 yrs)

About the job

What you'll do :

Administration

- Administer the NetSuite platform

- Develop, document and follow formal policies, procedures and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc

Implementation :

- Act as a subject matter expert for CGS' global NetSuite implementation with consideration of other integrated software components.

- Participate in the implementation process.

- Translate business requirements to functional/technical specifications in deploying end to end solutions.

- Drive testing and validation of new and existing functionality including configuration, development, and system releases.

- Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, third party tools/applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs

Support

- Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance

- Provide assistance to end-users and conduct training sessions on user adoption

- Engage with end users to grasp business necessities thus allowing the most effective solutions to issues

- Primary point of contact to NetSuite Support as well as any related external vendors and product support teams to troubleshoot systems issues as they arise

- On-going NetSuite Improvements and Maintenance

- Analyze current business processes or procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions and improvements to the end-user experience

- Planning, reviewing and customizing NetSuite to meet needs of staff

- Maintain user roles and system access working along with HR for onboarding/offboarding

- Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPI's, and dashboards.

- Manage all Application Regular Maintenance coordination and management with users

- Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refile priorities, outline milestones and deliverables and identify opportunities and risks.

You'll be a good fit if you have :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- NetSuite Certifications

- 5+ years of experience with NetSuite, administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations OneWorld experience

- Have an understanding of Accounting/Finance practices

- Experience with professional services industry firms a plus

- Strong data analytics, reporting and database management

- Integrated business systems using middleware Celigo or similar e.g, Boomi, Workato, Mulesoft, Zapier

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical end-users.

- Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen, ability to transform end user needs/functional requirements into technical requirements and solutions

- Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
