To lead sales operations from sending quotations to follow-up of receipt of order and so on..for customer delight in delivering Speciality chemical product which strengthen export marketRoles that he/she reports to Global Sales Head

• Understanding of Product Chemistry, organic synthesis & its right application of specialty chemical manufacturing company
• Market Research
• Data analysis & Costing
• Direct and coordinate the sales activities of export business including sales, pricing and distribution of the products
• Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions based on customer and company's policies
• Relate and manage customers' needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and solutions, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Negotiations with customers but winning hearts

Experience
• Proven track record of Sales Operations, Back Office Marketing
• Operations part in marketing i.e. handling communications with the customers, arranging
samples, following up dispatches and handling other special requests from customers in
regards to the order.
• Enquiry generation, Tracking & closing of existing customers
• Sales MIS, data analysis & right decision ability
• Digital Marketing, Branding & establishing strong positive company image
• Handing day to day issues of csutomer, To response with right solutions from despatch to final
payment
• Cordinate with Logistics fucntion so related complainces knowldege
• Ensuring payment on time
• Identify opportunities within the marketplace
• Provide weekly reports on visibility on pipeline, probable deals for planning and tracking
business grow
