Export Marketing Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Marketing Manager to spearhead the global marketing efforts for our Medimix brand, with a strong focus on the GCC region. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in export marketing within the personal care FMCG sector and possess a deep understanding of international market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement comprehensive export marketing strategies for the Medimix brand.
• Manage end-to-end export marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and external stakeholders to streamline export processes.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, documentation requirements, and logistics protocols.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to develop strategic marketing plans.
• Oversee promotional activities and campaigns in international markets, ensuring brand consistency and market penetration.
• Develop and manage export marketing budgets effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize business opportunities.
• Travel overseas as required to support business initiatives and strengthen market presence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5-10 years of extensive experience in export marketing, preferably within the personal care FMCG sector.
• Proven track record in managing export departments and handling international marketing responsibilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of export business operations, global market dynamics, and trade regulations.
• Prior experience working in the GCC region is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to export marketing.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with international marketing tools and platforms.
• Multilingual abilities, especially in languages relevant to the GCC region, would be an added advantage
