Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our Digital Marketing solutions to B2B clients and contributing to the sales efforts of our EdTech business unit. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a knack for relationship-building, and a passion for driving revenue growth.


Role & responsibilities


1. Digital Marketing Solutions Sales

  • Identify and target B2B clients in need of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and more.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. EdTech Sales

  • Collaborate with the EdTech business unit to identify prospective students in the education sector.
  • Promote and sell EdTech products and solutions to students and professionals.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value and benefits of our EdTech offerings.

3. Business Development

  • Research and analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to identify opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit for the company and the client.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or digital marketing industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Prior experience in EdTech sales or knowledge of the education industry.
  • A creative and consultative approach to sales.
