Role & responsibilities
Job description
General
1) Administration of offices and work places.
2) Assist in implementation of company policies and procedures.
3) Handling grievances from employees
4) Preparation of monthly budget for HR
5) Organize annual employee performance reviews.
6) Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
7) Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
8) Performing all other duties as assigned from time to time
Payroll
9) Payroll management
10) Statutory compliance (e.g., ESI, PF, etc.)
11) Tracking employee attendance and leaves as per Company policy
Talent Acquisition
12) Managing talent acquisition, recruitment, and exit formalities.
13) Appropriate documentation with respect to onboarding and offboarding activities.
14) Managing the employee onboarding process.
15) New joiner orientation and integration to HR portal.
16) Handling employment-related inquiries
Administration
17) Communicating with external vendors for AMCs and renewals
18) Coordinating for invoices with vendors and timely submission to Finance
19) Preparation of monthly expense reports
20) Preparation of monthly budget for administration
21) Coordinate with different departments on a quarterly basis for office supplies.
22) Inventory management
23) Managing ground staff including housekeeping, office boys, security, etc.
24) Maintain office vehicle fleet including fuel reconciliation, insurance, etc.
25) Overall office premises maintenance
