Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
Talent Development:
Design and execute innovative training and development programs.
Identify and nurture high-potential employees to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Facilitate career development and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Organize events, workshops, and activities that foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct employee surveys and use feedback to drive improvements.
Performance Management:
Implement performance management systems that promote growth and development.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Use data and analytics to track performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
Culture and Employer Branding:
