Quality Assurance Consultant

Main Responsibilities

Develop and maintain quality assurance processes for Salesforce applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new quality metrics.

Integrate testing tools and ensure application security and performance.

Use collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps for communication and project management.

You hold a relevant degree and have substantial experience in quality assurance for software applications.

You possess strong technical skills, including API testing, bug tracking, and performance optimization.

You are familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing.

You are available to work in hybrid hours from 1600-0100 IST (0530-1430 EST).

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Ability to navigate a multi-cultural, global work environment.
