Salesforce QA Professional

• We are looking for a candidate who has good experience in QA.
• Nice to have Salesforce Service cloud or Sales cloud experience.
• The candidate should have a good understanding of the QA process.
• The candidate should have worked across all phases on the QA process.
• The candidate should have good knowledge in the defect lifecycle
• The candidate should have good experience working in an Agile environment.
• Candidate should have experience in API testing probably using Postman.
• The candidate should have experience working in an Offshore/Onsite model.
• The candidate should be flexible to support teams in the PST time.
• The candidate should have very good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Test Plan based on the release Prepare Test cases from user stories Execute the Test cases and update the result in the test case management tool
• Extract Test summary reports and publish the reports to the stake holders Follow-up with the Dev team and prioritize the defects and ensure the defects are closed.
• Need to be vocal about deviation in the process and mentor the team members.

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience in the related field 4+ years of experience in QA is required Salesforce Certification, QA certification would be an added advantage
