Job Description
- 3-5 years of development experience in Tibco Spotfire environment Development
- Good experience in writing SQL Queries, creating visualization and filters, loading and preparing data for BI Report consumption.
- Experience in develop and modify reports and information links in the Spotfire environment based on changing requirements.
- The desired candidate should have proven experience as a BI Engineer/Senior Spotfire Developer with a strong background in Spotfire development
- Demonstrated experience in handling large, aggregated datasets, maintaining data integrity and performance
- Ability to conduct thorough testing of Spotfire solutions to validate accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business requirements
- Should maintain comprehensive documentation of Spotfire solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and best practices
- Should provide guidance and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Spotfire capabilities
- Should have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data processing issues, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and performance optimizations
- Create relationships between data sources and develop data models accordingly
- Awareness of star and snowflake schemas in data Modelling
- Should be able to connect to various data sources like ORACLE SQL, Snowflake, SAP etc
- Execute simple Sql statements with basic knowledge of aggregation functions, window functions, all basic clauses in SQL
- Able to work independently
- Understanding business functionality of the application
- Provide clarifications on bridge calls for critical incidents.
- Ontime delivery as per agreed ETAs
- Ensure quality of deliverables
- Demonstrate good spoken, written and prompt communication.
- Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions for implementation.
- Experience on Production Support and interacting with Customer would be value add.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
