To ensure daily production at 4 Hi Mill as per PPC plan, to achieve customer compliance on time without compromise in safety & Quality. Achieve Zero accidents, Implementation of EOHS standards, including compliance to legal requirements. Compliance to IATF 16949 requirements.

Technical Competencies - Basic knowledge of Cold Rolling , Picking & 4 hi Mill , Roll shop etc - Hands on knowledge of above processes (Theoretical and practical) - Defects related to cold rolled products and corrective action.- Behavioural Competencies - Managing team of 30 to 35 union category workmen. - Result Oriented. - Good Communication skills. - Good Listening ability. - Positive attitude. - Change oriented. - Striving for excellence.
