Job description

The role is required to develop strategy and implement processes to drive sustained manufacturing business performance improvement programs and initiatives, aligned with the Global Manufacturing Excellence Standards and key measures.

TYPICAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:

• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree or MBA preferred

Experience:

• 18+ years of manufacturing production improvement experience

Knowledge & skills:

• Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence principles
  Strong focus on Process Improvement, Waste Reduction, Efficiency Optimization, Root Cause analysis and Problem Solving skills
  Hands-on applicable experience with demonstrated team leadership
  Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain culture change
