Consultant-Full and Final Settlement

Role & responsibilities

1. F&F Processing:

• Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely processing of F&F for all employees.
• Verify and process F&F changes including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and deductions.
• Calculate and process overtime and short time.

2. Compliance and Reporting:

• Prepare and submit F&F tax filings and other statutory reports.
• Maintain accurate F&F records and prepare reports for management as required.

3. System Management:

• Manage F&F software and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve F&F system issues.
• Implement system upgrades and enhancements as needed.

4. Employee Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for F&F -related inquiries from employees.
• Provide guidance on F&F policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Address and resolve F&F discrepancies and issues promptly.

5. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve F&F processes.
• Develop and implement F&F policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure F&F accuracy and compliance.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR, compliance, or a similar role, with specific experience in background verification and/or medical process management preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
