Job Description
- Understanding of the baseline schedule, and updating the micro planning for current + 3 week rolling schedule, as per Planning dept. [Resources / Construction].
- Monitoring for all activities including Survey, Excavation, Backfilling, compaction, Shuttering works, Reinforcement, Concrete works, Façade works, Masonry works, all Finishing & Interior works etc. complete
- Preparing BBS & inspecting the reinforcement works as per BBS and certifying accordingly
- Providing data to Planning & QS team for timely reconciling the materials like Steel, Concrete & bulk materials.
- Updating the planned Vs achieved quantities on daily basis to Planning & QS team and support for controlling the wastage within the limit.
- Visit to sites and monitoring Works from the point of Quality. Conduct sample Checks for formwork, BBS, Measurements, Levels, Drawings (whether of latest revision) etc. and record them as site Inspection report.
- Receive, Record and Check quality of Incoming Drawings
- Ensure Compliance to approved EIP, timely tool Box Meeting / Induction Programs, 100% compliance to PPE regime.
