Legal Compliance Manager

Ensure compliance management framework, including governance, systems, policies, procedures and management reporting.

To establish and drive a culture of compliance in the organization by ensuring the following specific tasks, including but limited to:

• Legal and statutory compliance management across various company locations
• Implementation of compliance management systems and procedures at new locations and sites or of new statutes and regulatory requirements across organization.
• Collaborating and working with Legal, Secretarial department and other business and functional stakeholders to ensure regular compliance management
• Ensuring adequate understanding and awareness across departments on the latest and upcoming regulations and processes.
• Leading active engagement and education using appropriate means e.g. trainings, discussion forums, communications, etc. with internal and external stakeholders
• Advising senior management on legal requirements / issues within the organization
• Preparing and presenting clear and concise compliance reports to the Senior Management and Board.
• Coordinating internal compliance review, audit and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments.
• Monitoring internal and external review processes and interacting with internal / external stakeholders, as needed.
• Reviewing and updating the organizations ethics policies, processes and manuals etc. to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage all Compliance related requirements within agreed timelines and as per agreed milestones and KPIs.
• Support Ethics and Compliance function with other activities and company level initiatives in strengthening the culture of Ethics, including those related to trainings and communications, reviews and monitoring activities, risk management, investigations etc. Educational Qualification and
