QA/QC Manager

1. Understanding technical specifications and DBR requirements

2. Making ensure on the implementation of Project Quality Plan, QC Matrix, Acceptance Criteria and frequency of testing.

3. Coordinate with Construction Manager for day to day planning to ensure the QA/QC is obtained by the project team.

4. Ensuring all material tests are carried out as per the frequency mentioned in QA/QC matrix and witnessing, recording, accepting / rejecting of raw materials, as and when needed.

5. Responsible for Preparation of project specific method statement in line with the technical specifications, from Contractor and reviewing and approving the same.

6. Ensuring Sample Approval process is implemented

7. Ensure and / OR witness calibration of weighing and measuring equipments

8. Do a proper Auditing of project, and witnessing tasks being carried out by Contractor on random basis to verify • Latest drawings are used • Method statement is followed • Preceding activities of the tasks are checked, approved & signoff • Materials are tested and approved • Post completion of activity to be precisely checked, witnessed & signoff.

9. In process Inspections, Issuing Site instructions & ensure compliances, and recording Checklists, pour cards.

10. To maintain all RFIs in sequence with the RFI numbers issued by Planning department.

11. Ensure all RFIs are closed within 12 hours of time mandatorily.

12. Identifying poor quality workmanships and communicating to construction team for corrections.

13. Ensuring Bought out items is of approved make and used in Construction.

14. Do a vigilance job on material receipt and check for conformance approved sources

15. Assist Project Head in maintaining ISO QMS Implementation
