ELV and Automation Buyer - Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for ELV systems, including bidding, estimation, and supply chain management.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute EPC projects from planning to execution.
  
• Conduct e-auctions for electrical equipment such as transformers, reactors, sub-station equipment, insulators, NGRs.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services by negotiating contracts with vendors.
  
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in buying/procurement roles within the engineering construction industry.
  
• Strong understanding of bidding & estimation processes for transmission projects.
  
• Proficiency in e-auction platforms for purchasing electrical equipment.
  
• Excellent knowledge of EPC project management principles including planning, estimation, budgeting.
