Project Engineer - MEP(PHE & FF)

Role & responsibilities :

• Design and Implementation: Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of MEP systems, including PHE and FF, for high-rise residential projects.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
• Documentation: Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for MEP systems.
• Problem Solving: Provide rapid feedback and solutions to any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Sustainability: Implement energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions in MEP designs.
• Compliance: Ensure all MEP systems comply with local building codes and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on PHE and FF systems in high-rise residential projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, Revit MEP, and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• PMC Exposure: Prior experience working in a PMC environment is highly desirable.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
