Role & responsibilities
- 8+ years in software development
- 5+ years working with core scripting languages such as JS
- 3+ years of BrightScript experience especially in the field of Video streaming on Roku Devices.
- 5+ years working in embedded environment
- 5+ years building solutions on mobile or other resource-constrained devices
- Experience enabling performance monitoring and optimizations, multivariate testing, etc.
- Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design, enterprise design patterns and SOA architecture helpful.
- Knowledge consuming RESTful Services and JSON
- Experience working in an agile scrum and/or kanban development process
