Role & responsibilities

  • 8+ years in software development
  • 5+ years working with core scripting languages such as JS
  • 3+ years of BrightScript experience especially in the field of Video streaming on Roku Devices.
  • 5+ years working in embedded environment
  • 5+ years building solutions on mobile or other resource-constrained devices
  • Experience enabling performance monitoring and optimizations, multivariate testing, etc.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design, enterprise design patterns and SOA architecture helpful.
  • Knowledge consuming RESTful Services and JSON
  • Experience working in an agile scrum and/or kanban development process
