Job Description: Embedded Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Embedded Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of embedded systems, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs to engineers and technical teams, covering a wide range of embedded systems concepts and technologies.

Responsibilities:

* Curriculum Development:
* Develop comprehensive training curricula aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
* Create detailed lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
* Design and update training materials, including manuals, workbooks, and online resources.

* Training Delivery:
* Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and online.
* Adapt training content to different audience levels and learning styles.
* Facilitate interactive learning experiences, including group discussions, Q&A sessions, and practical exercises.
* Provide timely feedback and guidance to trainees.

* Technical Expertise:
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in embedded systems, including hardware and software technologies.
* Possess a strong foundation in microcontroller and microprocessor architectures, digital electronics, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
* Have hands-on experience with embedded development tools, debuggers, and simulation software.
* Be proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, and assembly language.

* Evaluation and Assessment:
* Develop and administer assessments to evaluate trainee performance and knowledge retention.
* Analyze training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide constructive feedback to trainees and management.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development and training.
* Strong technical expertise in embedded systems concepts and technologies.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
* Passion for teaching and mentoring.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Skills:

* Experience with specific microcontroller and processor architectures (e.g., ARM, AVR, PIC).
* Knowledge of embedded Linux and RTOS concepts.
* Proficiency in using development tools like Keil, IAR, and Eclipse.
* Experience with hardware design and prototyping.
