Area Sales Manager - Pune / Surat / Mumbai - Project Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for institutional clients, including government agencies, PSUs, and large corporates.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at these organizations to drive business growth.
  
• Identify new opportunities through market research and industry networks to expand the company's presence in the region.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and provide regular updates on market trends.
  
• Analyze sales performance data to optimize operations and improve results.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in Institutional Sales or related field (Project Sales, Government Sales).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to high-profile customers.
  
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and industry standards.
