Manager - Network Operations & Support

Key Responsibilities:

Radio network planning for GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G NR networks

Implement detailed radio network coverage/capacity/performance planning, and output site swap plan/site upgrade plan/new site plan based on the RF planning tool simulation result

Analysis of prediction statistics & optimize

Experience with Planning and Design related project delivery

Deliver radio network planning strategy based on customer requirements

Hand-on experience on RF Planning tools like Atoll, Mentum Planet, Asset, RAN Plan, etc

Cell sites selection for coverage and capacity using the RF planning tools

Simulation of Link budget, coverage, interference, neighbor lists, Frequency planning, PCI planning, site power/RF shaping/repeater configuration planning, antenna selection and co-location analysis, and population/erlang or traffic-based planning

They must have a clear understanding of the overall planning processes

In depth knowledge of End-user experience / network performance-oriented network planning

Good knowledge of network Planning KPIs and Parameters

Customer communication is essential and must have good communication skills - will have deep technical discussions with the client

Report preparation as per customer requirement

• Technical Expertise :
• Experience in RAN planning for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.
• Proficiency in radio planning tools (e.g., Atoll, iBwave) and drive test tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo).
• Strong understanding of RF principles, propagation, and antenna theory.
• Hands-on experience with optimization of network KPIs, drive test data analysis, and performance management.
