Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement

Meeting the Customer requirements cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.

Company has good culture but the managers ruin it for the sake of own.

Customer service executives are like no value to company, health insurance coverage is poorest in industry, just a sake of idv 50,000 also with conditions. Promotions based upon your performance and managers choice. No teamwork. No help from managers.
