Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Develop, refine and implement operations strategy ranging from payout processing to processing termination and re-pricing.

Lead a central team to manage processes and ensure portfolio quality.

Streamline operations by delegating tasks, setting objectives and motivating teams to work towards the goal.

Interact closely with Credit/Sales/IT/Product and other stakeholders to align deliveries, drive efficiency and build consistency in processes

Ensure effective and efficient processing within TAT and meet SLA s as per service expectations as well as periodically review processes to maintain better operational and cost efficiency as well as maintenance of a quality control perspective

Effectively handle repayment schedules, regenerations, construction finance portfolio and refunds

Monitor critical parameters, CERSAI registration and other compliance related activities

Manage central operations, viz. file/PDD processing, banking & repayment, DSA payout, bank/TDS reconciliation, process management & MIS.

Engage with relevant stakeholders to deliver operational improvement projects that will improve upon current operational processes.

Interact closely with Credit/Sales/IT/Product and other stakeholders to align deliveries, drive efficiency and build consistency in processes

Initiate process improvements in terms of simplification of operations for customer delight within preview of regulations.

Devise and implement effective measures to work towards a zero-defect environment.
