Sales Manager- Loan Against Property

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of DSA's (Direct Sales Agents) to achieve sales targets for Loan Against Property products.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the affordable housing segment.
  
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, including HL & LAP lenders, to drive business growth.
  
• Identify new opportunities and negotiate deals with potential clients to expand the customer base.
  
• Monitor performance metrics such as TAT, NPAs, and delinquency rates to optimize sales processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in sales management or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Affordable Loan Against Property products and their applications.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
