Associate - Branch Operations - Corporate & SME Finance - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - B wing - J Grades

Assist the central retail operations unit by driving a high quality customer experience balance with efficiency, compliance and consistency.

1 Handle the Operations related activities of the retail loan product portfolio including repayment schedule
regeneration post receipt from escrow accounts.
2 Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliances by checking of all the files and ensuring the data
is complete and relevant
3 Handling MIS Reports publishing and ensuring net of TDS activities
o Achieve high efficiency levels by ensuring all queries are resolved within TAT;and developing processes that
will improve TAT
4 Ensure customer satisfaction by handling Customer related queries and complaints with on time response as
per TAT
5 Coordinate with the system team to resolve routine and other system issues, identifying gaps and
recommending measures to address such gaps.
6 Conduct impact analysis and accordingly update systems after approval from the business team
7 Release communication about rate increase or decrease to customer and update the web-portal system accordingly.
8 Ensure audit response and preparedness for the same within designated timelines and resolve audit queries
raised by internal and external auditor and initiate corrective action as suggested.
9 Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.

Qualification : Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
