• Long term contracts with suppliers
• Should costing and Zero-base costing
• MIS
• Understand commodities and their processes and application,
• Ongoing Price increase or reduction
• VAVE activities,
• Price Containment,
• Supplier Risk Management & Mitigation,
• Differential Sourcing Strategy,
• Benchmarking of Technology & Prices in Industrial,
• Supplier Relationship Management,
• Negotiation with suppliers
• Data Analysis to identify potential saving opportunity
• Project management
• Spend analysis, SAP
• Commodity wise price trend
