Manager - D2C Business

Role & responsibilities

• Managing Corporate sales of general insurance products.
• Maintaining Leads & engaging with clients & collect the details from clients and close the business.
• Understanding client Business profile and advise the client to choose the right insurance coverage.
• Consulting customers on all line of product (Group Health Insurance & Group Personal Accident, Employee Compensation, Marine, Liability & Fire & Burglary)
• Negotiating with customers on price & benefits.
• Handling client queries and provide them the right solutions.
• Post sales servicing and retention (Managing monthly endorsement & Assist customers for claims.)

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have worked in an insurance sales role, preferably in agency/Broking with minimum 2yr experience.
• Should have client handling experience.
• Commercial Lines/SME experience is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Conversant in English, Hindi & Kannada. Knowing additional languages is a bonus.
