Deputy Manager - Product & Strategy (MIS & Reporting)

Role & responsibilities

• Operational Support

I. Identify key operational issues affecting seamless business performance/ continuity and ensuring that same are addressed within reasonable TATs with the help of internal stake holders. To include Ops & service hygiene parameters (Issuance, Cancellation, Claims, System issue resolution TAT, Addressing Ops concern areas)Identify, prospect and initiate new products across channels.

• MIS, Analytics & Reporting

I. To ensure automation of existing manual reports for all partner with maintenance of data formats, frequency, timeline and accuracy

II. Provide key insights and required cuts to stakeholders for Steering Committee meetings and governance call

• Regulatory & Compliance

I. Maintenance and reconciliation of 6A & 6B report and other IRDA Reporting ( CA - 15, CA - 18 & IRDA Minimum Information) partner wise to be share as per stipulated timeline.

II. Obtain Group Insurance Certificate yearly

III. Latest PO certificate & COR for CA to be maintained (repository maintenance).

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Experience in Insurance Industry of 1-5 years

Preferred Skills

• Strong MS Office proficiency
• Strong Communication Skills
• Stakeholder management

Additional Notes

• SQL, VBA, Macros knowledge would be preferable

Job Location

• Lowerparel, Mumbai

Working Days

• 5 days from office (Monday to Friday)

Work Timings

• 9 AM to 6 PM
