Job Description
- Preparation of accurate monthly management reports in accordance with group accounting policies
- Preparation of consolidated accounts in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards
- Supporting the annual audits for various groups of companies
- Preparation of monthly financial statements reconciliations
- Assisting the Associate Director of Group reporting in performing analysis of various business drivers for management reporting
- Providing technical support to overseas teams
- Coordinating with various stakeholders including shareholders representatives and external auditors for various reporting requirements
- Implementing and monitoring best practices and process controls in group reporting functions
- Participating in the transformation journey of introducing new reports in consolidation tool
- Chartered Accountant with minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in management and financial group consolidations
- Good understanding on International Financial Reporting Standards, IGAAP with strong technical and analytical skills
- Experienced in preparing group financial statements and schedules
- Excellent team member with effective verbal written communication and management skills
- Able to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
- Should have basic business acumen and proactiveness in understanding the need of stakeholders
- Experience on consolidation tools such as Lucanet and accounting software Business Central would be an added advantage
- Experience with working with overseas Southeast Asian countries will be an added advantage
- Should have excellent hands-on experience with Microsoft office tools especially MS Excel
